The Casco Bay Classic Shark Tournament was held September 8-9 2006 at Spring Point Marina. Proceeds went to the ALS Association. Please sign up next year.

New Maine record. Angler Steve York with the 1st place 628 lb thresher shark caught aboard Captain Bob Soucy's boat the Holiday I with crew Mike Soucy

Third place: 402 lb Blue Shark 11 ft 6 in overall length and 9 ft 7 in fork length. Caught on the vessel Karen Ann out of Spring Point Marina.
